At AFGRI Equipment, we recognised in order to continue to be able to continue to meet the needs of our customers, we needed to develop talented workers. This led to the creation of the AFGRI Apprentice Academy, in collaboration with Central Regional TAFE. As part of our training strategy to bolster our technician ranks, the program was implemented to ensure we continue to provide a premium service and highly level of quality to our customers.
For our 2022 intake, we will be recruiting 35 apprentices and 10 part sales trainees at various branches across our WA dealership network. Applications are open from August 2021 with apprentices and parts sales trainees to commence work early 2022.
