Get accuracy hit loading with payload scale system
Loader weighing material in the bucket
Overview
John Deere offers its customers a payload scale system that is easy to handle and calibrate, with precise measurements and a dynamic weighing feature. This feature allows customers to load materials quickly, using information obtained directly from the operator panel or by accessing the Operation Center.
Benefits
High Accuracy: Payload system offered by John Deere provides operators with increased accuracy (+/- 1.5 percent) due to the knowledge of our loader’s kinematic properties and exact dimensions and specifications. This ensures near exact target weights are hit and efficiently loaded into feed mixers, trucks, hoppers, or processing plants. This also helps prevent the loader from having to go back to the pile to get more material or to dump excess material.
Easy Calibration: Calibration is carried out via the payload weighing system's operating panel. The operator should only calibrate the system when there are changes to the bucket and maintenance on the equipment's hydraulic system. The steps for calibration are available on the panel in a user-friendly way.
Dynamic Weighing: There’s no need to constantly lower and reraise the boom of the loader to determine the weight after tipping off material. The Payload system can automatically determine the new weight after tip offs, reducing the time it takes to load the exact amount of material.
John Deere Supported: The payload systema is a John Deere supported solution meaning if issues arise, the only call you need to make is to your John Deere dealer.
Operations Center™ Integrated: Integration of payload weighing data into Operations Center™ means that you can access the data from nearly anywhere, not just within the cab of the machine.
Factory and Field Kit Options: A range of options are available to equip JohnDeere utility loaders with Payload System including fully integrating from the factory or adding through field kits.
Move more material and reach higher
Loader with high-lift linkage
Enhanced performance bucket
Overview
The P-Tier wheel loader offers features that will help the customer achieve excellent results. New buckets have been developed, the bucket boom has a longer reach and operating controls make the operator's day-to-day life easier.
Benefits
New bucket was designed to attend the customer needs. Bucket material retention has been improved by providing a 15 degree increase in bucket rollback to reduce material spillage. Curved side cutters and integrated spill guards improve bucket fill rates. General purpose (GP) or excavation buckets are available in pinned or quick attach configurations, from 1.9m3 to 2.3 m3.
High-Lift Z Bar linkage adds an additional 330 mm of hinge pin height over standard linkage.
The automatic Return To Dig (RTD) and Return To Carry (RTC) functions speed up production in repetitive loading applications day
Boom heigh kickout (BHKO) is used to make the loading activity faster.
Safe and Comfortable Operator’s Cab

Seat
Overview
The wheel loader operator’s cab provides great comfort for the operator, facilitating day-to-day activities through simple controls located close the operator’s hands. The cab complies with all international safety certifications that protect the operator during his daily activities.
Benefits
Easy to use Sealed Switch Module (SSM) to assist the operator in set up daily operation. The switches are located close the operator’s hand for quick response.
Dual tilt steering column allows for dual tilt between the column and wheel to allow operators to customize the position of the steering wheel to their needs
Advanced Display Unit (ADU) with touch screen technology to make the adjustment easier for the operator. Rear camera show the content through the ADU.
Seat with the backrest extension, deep foam, fabric and leather cover, and adjustable air suspension. The seat provides good comfort for the operator.
The cab is ROPS and FOBS Level 1 certified to be complied with all standards.
Reduce losses during load handling
Wheel Loader Filling Bucket
Overview
John Deere wheel loaders are designed to move material efficiently and reduce losses through the technology embedded in their equipment. In some applications, travel can be excessive and unnecessary losses can occur in the load handling process.
Benefits
Ride Control improves machine ride and reduces tire flexing when traveling over rough terrain or at speeds above a preset value. Ride control also reduces material spillage from the bucket by cushioning boom movement. Parameters cab be adjusted by operator.
Spin Control increases the life of the tires during the bucket filling process by preventing the wheel from spinning too far.
Automatic Differential Lock System locks the axles so that the left and right wheels turn together when wheel slip is detected.

Optimize Cooling with Deere Exclusive Quad-Cool™
Overview
The Quad-Cool Cooling System on loaders is a John Deere exclusive that places the radiator, air-conditioner condenser, intercooler, and hydraulic, transmission, and axle coolers in a unique boxed configuration that is isolated from engine heat to more efficiently cool these components throughout the day.
Benefits
The coolers are arranged in a manner that the operator has wide open access to both sides of them ensuring that all debris collected in the coolers can be cleaned out
Cool-on-demand hydraulically driven variable speed fan is included with the speed of the fan being determined by the machine fluid temperatures resulting in better fuel economy and optimized cooling.

Overview
Operators and maintenance technicians need to carry out daily and periodic maintenance on the equipment to keep it running and guarantee operational availability.
Benefits
Oil and fuel filters with easy access from the ground.
Coolant and hydraulic oil level gauges with easy access for daily checks.
Oil level checking systems via dipsticks for the transmission, axles and engine. All at ground level service.
Quick coupling for diagnosing and collecting oil from the systems.
Cab and engine air filters easily accessible for the operator to check and change when necessary.
Master power switch located in the battery compartment for easy access to equipment maintenance activities.
Quad-CoolTM system provide the best in class access to clean the coolers of the machine.
Rear Camera – Extra Eyes to Watch Over Your Job Site
Wheel Loader with rear camera
The rear camera is currently available for all John Deere wheel loaders. This system provides the operator detailed images behind the machine via ADU located inside the cab.
The rear camera can be configured by the operator in two ways.
Manual – Camera is off. Operator can turn on camera by pressing INFO button on the ADU.
Reverse – Display screen changes to the camera view when transmission is engaged in reverse gear.
