Brake/parking brake pedal
Parking brake lever The parking brake control is conveniently located on the tractor pedestal for easy access. It holds the brake pedal securely in the locked position.
PTO engagement lever The mower deck is engaged with the easy-to-see and easy-to-use yellow lever above the dashboard. Its placement on the right side leaves a lot of room on the left, the entry side of the tractor, for the operator to get on and off the tractor.
RIO switch CAUTION: Children or bystanders may be injured by rotating blades. Before traveling forward or rearward:
NOTE: Backing up while the mower is engaged is strongly discouraged. RIO should be used only when operating another attachment or when the operator deems it necessary to reposition the machine with the mower engaged.
NOTE: If the engine and mower or other attachment stops while repositioning the machine, return the attachment engagement lever/switch to the off position. Start the engine and engage mower or other attachment. Begin again with step 2.
Fuel tank gauge The fuel tank gauge shows how much fuel is in the tank and can be seen without leaving the operator's seat:

Lower portion of owner support web page The owner support website is formatted for smart phones and available without setting up an account and password. The QR code includes the mower’s serial number, enabling the owner support website to provide a maintenance schedule, service parts, attachments, how-to guide, videos, warranty information, and an operator’s manual for the specific mower.
The owner support website also allows users to purchase service parts, schedule dealer service, purchase extended warranties, and download the Equipment Mobile app. The Equipment Mobile app enables users to maintain a shared digital service record with their dealer.

Z370R Electric ZTrak™ Mower Keep your John Deere equipment running its best with the John Deere Equipment Mobile App. Download the app from the mobile device’s app store, then add all your John Deere equipment by scanning the serial number bar codes. Once your equipment is added, you can access all your product’s model, serial number, and model year information in one place. The app also provides maintenance, parts, and support resources that are specific to your serial number(s).
Use Equipment Mobile to find the right parts It is important to get the right parts the first time. When you load your equipment list, Equipment Mobile provides parts information specific to your serial number(s). This is helpful to you and your John Deere dealer, as some parts can vary by serial number range.
Maintenance plan screen
Maintenance parts and notes screen Equipment Mobile includes comprehensive maintenance plans for each piece of your equipment. The maintenance plan screen keeps track of completed tasks, provides a place for your notes, and provides parts listings. You can also share your maintenance plan with your dealership, enabling tasks completed by the dealer to be included.
A machine’s operator’s manual is a go-to resource that is available in Equipment Mobile. You can search, view, and download a copy. The operator’s manual is specific to the serial number(s) of your equipment.

Hours, fuel level, key switch status, and battery level are updated whenever the Equipment Mobile device is in range of a mower with a BUC11960 smart connector.
Optional BUC10537 smart connector is for use with:
Hours, fuel level, key switch status, and battery level are updated whenever the mower’s key is turned on and the Equipment Mobile device is in range of a mower with a BUC10537 smart connector. The X350R Tractor does not report exact fuel level, it only indicates if the mower is low on fuel.
The Z370R Electric ZTrak Mowers include the smart connector in base equipment.
On Electric ZTrak Mowers the battery level, charging status, and hours are transmitted when the Equipment Mobile device is in range of the mower, and the mower is on or actively charging. Equipment Mobile can also update an Electric ZTrak Mower’s controller software.
A smart connector requires the Equipment Mobile App. The John Deere Equipment Mobile App can be found in the mobile device’s app store.

229-L (6.5-bu) (229-L) hopper and chute on an S100 A cut-and-throw, 229-L (6.5-bu) bagger is sold separately and comes with bagging blades. Special bagging blades are not required but they can enhance performance.
The bagger kit provides an efficient means of collecting grass clippings and leaves. It can be set up without tools in minutes and has easy-to-empty bags.
A 2-year or 120-hour single-source, bumper-to-bumper warranty* is included for all John Deere 100 Series Tractors.
