We are a proud John Deere dealership group, but are also well supported by various other franchises to ensure we continue to meet the farming needs of our customers. Such other franchises include Kuhn, Manitou, Bourgault, Equalizer, Horsch, Croplands, Grainking, MacDon, Midwest, Gason, Marshall, Fieldquip and Agrowplow to name a few.

Our Values
History
2004
South African based company AFGRI Holdings Ltd. acquired the longstanding business T & H Walton Stores, in business for more than 40 years.
2013
Our name officially changed from T & H Walton Stores to AFGRI Equipment.
2014
AFGRI was purchased by a private company called AgriGroupe and unlisted from the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange). AFGRI Equipment now runs as a corporate structure with the necessary policies, procedures and financial backing in place.
2015
We expanded our footprint in Western Australia with the acquisition of Jolly and Sons in August 2015.
2016
We continued to expand our footprint in Western Australia with the purchase of Greenline Ag in August 2016.
2017
AFGRI Equipment then acquired Ratten & Slater in April 2017, adding a further 3 branches to our dealer network.
2019
As of May 1 2019, AFGRI Equipment are the authorised dealer of John Deere Construction & Forestry equipment in Western Australia.
2021
AFGRI Equipment acquired Ag Implements in July 2021. The addition of 6 new branches increased our dealer network to 19 locations across Western Australia.
Community
At AFGRI Equipment, we are proud to be growing with local communities. We have a strong commitment to being an integral part of regional Western Australia. In our commitment to local communities, we continually invest in excess of $1 million in:
- Partnerships with local farming organisations and support groups.
- Local fairs and trade shows (Dowerin Field Days, Mingenew Expo, Newdegate Machinery Field Days, Wagin Woolorama).
- Various sporting groups and clubs (bowling clubs, footy teams).
- Community events (golf days, local races, charity fundraisers).
We also continue to invest significantly in our dealerships and premises in regional WA.
