What are application requirements?

In submitting your application, please submit your most up-to-date resume along with a cover letter detailing why you are suitable for the position you are applying for. A member from our recruitment team will be contact shortly.

What are the next steps after I have submitted my application?

After we have received your application, a member of our recruitment team will contact you shortly to discuss. If your application is successful, you will be invited to an interview to discuss the role.

I did not see a position I am interested in. Is there any way to be notified of future roles?

If you are interested in working for our company, we encourage you to send through your resume to recruitment@afgri.com.au. A member of our recruitment team will be in contact to discuss. If you have submitted an application for a role previously but were unsuccessful, your application and resume are kept on file for six months for similar roles.

Will I be provided with training?

AFGRI is proud to offer ongoing training and development to our staff, building on your current skills and qualifications. From your first day, you will undertake on-the-job training in your new role. We ask that you provide feedback to your manager if you require more training in certain aspects. This is valuable information to ensure you get off to a great start.

Will I be provided with uniforms?

We provide company branded uniforms for our employees as well as PPE for operational staff.
