Wholegoods Administrator

AFGRI is seeking a dedicated Whole Goods Administrator to join our Esperance team. This will be Maternity Leave cover (Contract role).

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all sales staff provide the correct documentation applicable to transactions and process deals within stated timeframes
  • Maintain stock records in all company systems
  • Monitor and record all stock movements
  • Maintain filing and records of whole goods deals
  • Assists with maintaining delivery schedules
  • Ensure timely payment of all whole goods invoices as per delivery advice
  • Close all whole goods deals, record all manufacturer retail notices and register warranties
  • Reconcile manufacturer systems to AFGRI systems
  • Report sales and claim marketing programs
  • Follow up outstanding paperwork as requested
  • Debtor management, collation, and handle customer inquiries

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
  • Good working knowledge of Excel including drafting reports 
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, internet functions and dealer business system(s)
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
