AFGRI Equipment pleased to announce new branch in Narrogin

22 February 2021 – AFGRI Equipment has announced our branches in Pingelly and Wagin will consolidate to form a new branch in Narrogin, to better meet the needs of our customers.

The new branch, located on Graham Road, is anticipated to open in April this year, with customers to be informed of the official opening day shortly.

AFGRI operations director Gollie Coetzee said merging the two branches was carefully considered and was the right choice to support our customers in the region. “As farming operations are becoming bigger and technology more complex, AFGRI have decided to combine the two branches,” Gollie said. “This was not an easy decision as it will have a huge impact  on the community and staff but was necessary in order to ensure we can deliver on our promise to be the market leader with premium equipment, service and solutions. “This move was unavoidable as we will need more resources, skills and facilities to ensure we exceed the expectation of our customers and match the state-of-the-art equipment we provide. “It is a move that will insure their and our sustainability.”

The newly constructed premises come with state-of-the-art facilities which include an impressive workshop, equipped with the latest tools and equipment. The branch will also have a spacious parts store and welcoming showroom. AFGRI commercial director Wessel Oosthuizen said the new facilities will contribute significantly to providing customers with a high level of service. “The new branch provides an excellent platform to support our customers and continue our growth in the region,” Wessel said. “The new premises represent a great improvement from our previous and shows our continued investment in local communities.”

AFGRI regional aftermarket manager Rohan Roosendaal said consolidating the two branches into one would create a great environment for staff. “The move means we will be able to have more support staff working together on the ground to ensure we can provide a reliable and timely service to our customers,” Rohan said. “That paired with the new facilities and better equipment at our disposal, this move is going to be very positive for the dealership.”

AFGRI Equipment takes great pride in being committed to our customers in rural towns and we look forward to continuing to support the local community and surrounding areas. Our staff will endeavour to give excellent service during the transition process. We fully understand our farmers are busy seeding and one of our top priorities is avoiding any disruption in our aftermarket service and offerings.
