Deere celebrates 25 years of commercial ZTrak zero-turns

John Deere has celebrated 25 years of manufacturing the ZTrakTM commercial zero-turn mower. The ZTrakTM commercial line-up started in 1997 with the launch of the F620 and F680 zero-turn mowers. John Deere go-to-market manager Nick Minas said the company continues to build on its commitment to provide effective and efficient commercial landscaping offerings to customers. “Ever since the first ZTrakTM zero-turn mower, Deere has kept the pedal down in terms of product improvements,” Mr Minas said. “For us, there’s always an improved model or attachment around the corner. “This anniversary celebrates 25 years of providing value and innovative products to our customers. “We are excited to continue developing and designing the most effective equipment solutions for years to come.” The range has seen a lot of changes over the past 25 years which have gone on to positively influence the commercial mowing industry as a whole. Such influences include the additions of rollover protection devices as well as the innovate Michelin X Tweel Turf airless radial tires. Commemorating the range’s history of innovation and excellence, Deere have stated they will continue to remain dedicated to offering customers solution-based designs that aid in increased performance and customer satisfaction. To celebrate the anniversary of the first commercial ZTrakTM, John Deere featured a 25th anniversary unit with a glossed silver finish front and centre at this year’s GIE+Expo held in late October in Kentucky.
