New beginning for golf and government in Perth region

AFGRI Equipment is pleased to welcome new Golf & Government sales representative Corey Clark to the team. Corey will be based at our South Guildford branch and look after our golf and government clients in the Perth metropolitan area. Corey, a qualified Turf Manager, started his apprenticeship with Busselton Golf Club before moving to the WACA. After qualifying and completing other studies, he became assistant superintendent at Busselton Golf Club before moving to Turfcare WA working his way to superintendent at Carramar Golf Club. He then became construction and contract manager at Turfcare WA overseeing the facility management of university, local government, state government and private clients. Now at AFGRI Equipment, Corey looks forward to reinvigorating the John Deere golf and commercial mowing brand in Perth and across the state. “I’m excited by this new challenge and looking forward to getting my face out there and meeting more of our clients,” Corey said. “We want to reaffirm our message to our Perth client base that we are here to assist them to the best of our abilities whether that’s from something small like supplying STIHL equipment or supplying our premium John Deere golf mowers and small ag equipment.” AFGRI Equipment – Perth ag and turf manager Matt Utley said Corey is well known to the golf and turf community in WA and his wealth of experience is a great asset to the branch. “Corey has developed great relationships with those inside the industry over the years and we are delighted to welcome him to the AFGRI Equipment family,” Matt said.
