AFGRI Equipment Esperance Trade-A-Toy Day 2025

AFGRI Equipment Esperance is thrilled to announce Trade-a-Toy Day is back on Saturday, February 8th, from 9am to 12pm. This event will bring a fun-filled day for families, complete with exciting activities and give the young farmers the opportunity to deal with our sales team and negotiate a deal for a new John Deere toy.

Trade-a-Toy Day invites kids (and the young at heart) to bring their old tractor or harvester toys - no matter the condition or colour – and negotiate a trade-in for a brand-new John Deere toy. It is an opportunity to upgrade and enjoy a hands-on experience with the brand that has inspired generations.

How it works:

1. Bring in your old tractor or harvester toy

2. Work out a deal with your salesperson to negotiate a trade-in price

3. Choose your new John Deere toy

4. Get the negotiated trade-in price off the cost of your new John Deere toy

“We’re excited to bring back this event to the Esperance community,” said Matt Upton, AFGRI Equipment Esperance Branch Manager. “Trade-a-Toy Day is more than just a chance for kids to upgrade their toys - it’s about creating a fun and welcoming space for families to come together, enjoy themselves and explore everything happening at AFGRI Equipment. It also gives the kids a chance to jump into their parents’ shoes and ‘do a deal’. It also gives kids a fun opportunity to step into their parents’ shoes and negotiate a deal.” Alongside the toy trade-in, the event will feature a range of activities to enjoy. Families can look forward to face painting and bouncy castle for the kids, and an exciting racetrack for some friendly competition. Plus enjoy food and door prizes, ensuring that there is something for everyone. “We pride ourselves in hosting events that bring the community together and create memorable experiences,” Matt added. “This is an event for all ages, so bring your family, enjoy the day, and don’t forget to check out the John Deere range on display.” Giving back is at the heart of Trade-a-Toy Day. Through this initiative, we aim to ensure that the toys traded in will help make a positive impact, whether by directly supporting local families or contributing to community-focused causes. It’s our way of showing gratitude to the community that supports us.
