Our Busselton branch is seeking a Parts Interpreter to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and supply parts and services to meet customer needs
• Focus on continuously improving our customer service
• Provide advice and recommendations to assist customers
• Supply Service Department with parts as required
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays in branch showroom
• Assist with incoming and outgoing stock
• Accurate picking and packing of orders
• Timely order of parts and contact with customers.
• Assist with stock takes

The successful applicants will have:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Relevant experience in a similar industry
• Computer skills with accurate data entry and record-keeping
• Attention to detail 
• Driver's license and forklift license would be an advantage
